About me
I am Julieta, Argentine and resident in Mallorca since 2004.
I have always been linked to the gastronomic world, which, over the years, has led me to explore and train in vegan and gluten-free pastries, Asian fermented products, Ayurvedic cuisine and, in general, conscious eating, making the kitchens and ovens my best allies in life.
The island has already left its mark on me, which translates into creations with a local identity, although always impregnated with my personal touch.
