A few days ago a friend came home for dinner and brought, as a dessert, some cornstarch alfajores from Gastronauta Mallorca. I tried them almost resigned, however, these have nothing to do with all the ones I had tried. The dough is crumbly but spongy at the same time, and has the exact amount of dulce de leche.
