class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>I am Julieta, Argentine and resident in Mallorca since 2004.<\/p><p>I have always been linked to the gastronomic world, which, over the years, has led me to explore and train in vegan and gluten-free pastries, Asian fermented products, Ayurvedic cuisine and, in general, conscious eating, making the kitchens and ovens my best allies in life.<\/p><p>The island has already left its mark on me, which translates into creations with a local identity, although always impregnated with my personal
